Stacey, I'm very happy that I made the decision to do the Arbonne 28 day challenge. I chose this program to specifically see if it would improve symptoms related to my auto immune disease and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I’ve never felt better and been more energetic. My GI issues disappeared and my autoimmune symptoms have drastically diminished. In fact, I had two doctor appointments during the challenge and they both commented on how my symptoms were showing signs of improvement. It has been 2 1/2 years since my diagnosis and it was the first time in my journey I've seen positive results. I'm continuing to follow the program as it has really changed my life for the best. I’ve learned how certain foods can really make me feel terrible and cause inflammation in my body. I highly recommend this to anyone who has an autoimmune condition, or anyone who just wants to feel better and have more control over their life.

Stacey, we wanted to thank you for your guidance through our clean month. I thought we ate pretty healthy before, but we definitely made some needed changes in our lifestyle. I am more label conscious when shopping now, not falling victim to the tricks they use to hide ingredients and choose organic when I can (and can taste the difference). Cutting out caffeine was much easier with the use of the Arbonne fizz sticks and I no longer have the afternoon "low" I used to get when the caffeine wore off. Adding the digestive plus to them helped my GI system. And you know I was a "shake skeptic" when I started- with the right recipes I am now a believer. Because the ingredients in the Arbonne protein powder are clean, I don't worry about allowing my teen girls having it along with us. It's an easy to-go breakfast for my husband filled with frozen berries and protein ( and fiber additive you can't even tell is in there) that is much healthier than the sugar-laden breakfast bars and cereal he used to favor. This 28 days of clean eating is exactly what I needed to turn years of eating poorly around. I didn't realize all the junk I was putting into my body and how it was effecting me negatively. Now I'm making much better choices for myself and my family. I honestly was so uneducated about food and didn't know how to make good choices. With Stacey's support, and the support of this group, I ate well for 28 days and lost 7 lbs! I have continued to lose weight and can now see my workouts having a positive effect on the way my body looks. Coming out of my last pregnancy and second C-section, I didn't think I'd ever have my college athlete body back, but now I can see there is hope!
